Winter is a great time for soup. Don saved some tomatoes from the community garden earlier in the year so we’ll make tomato soup and some garlic bread to go along with it. Use some simple ingredients to create a hearty winter lunch.
Places for each session are limited to eight people so make sure to book by contacting Don.

Week 1: Tuning Into Kids is a free 6 week parenting programme being run by Neighbourhood Trust and St Albans Baptist Church on Emotional Regulation and Emotion Coaching for parents of children aged 5-12.
Week 2: Game On is a 6 week Parenting course for Dads run by Community Development worker Don. The course costs $75 per participant to run. If you can afford it, great. If not, please don’t let that be a barrier. Talk to Don (see details below) and we’ll see what we can arrange.
