Week 3 of 6. This is a 6-week parenting programme that focuses on strengthening the connection between parents/caregivers and their kids. When kids and parents develop skills in effectively communicating emotions, family relationships are stronger.
Women’s Connections is a group run by Community Development Worker, Jan, and is for women of all ages. Each week we have a lot of fun together as we enjoy a simple meal, have a creative activity and either have a discussion topic, visiting speaker or outing. Come and join us.
Game On is a 6 week Parenting course for Dads run by Community Development worker Don. The course costs $75 per participant to run. If you can afford it, great. If not, please don’t let that be a barrier. Talk to Don (see details below) and we’ll see what we can arrange.
We run a low impact, circuit class designed to improve your balance, strength and mobility whilst having fun!
Cuppa & time to chat afterwards.
