Individual Support for Men

Please Note: The Neighbourhood Trust will be closed over the Holiday period. Our office will close on the 19th of December 2025 and reopen on the 12th of January 2026. This means all our Initiatives will be unavailable during this time. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

We men are not always quick to ask for help when we need it. We have this inner voice that says we’re weak if we can’t fix things ourselves. I’m first to put my hand up to that way of thinking. The reality is, though, that we all need help – sometimes a little, sometimes a lot. It is not weak to ask for that help either.

If you’re thinking that you need someone to share a burden with, hit me up for a coffee and a chat. I’m a good listener and ready to encourage you in the ways you want to see transformation happen in your life. If you need support in areas outside of my abilities I can refer to places who do and am happy to walk with you as you navigate them.
