Please Note: The Neighbourhood Trust will be closed over the Holiday period. Our office will close on the 19th of December 2025 and reopen on the 12th of January 2026. Foot Clinic will finish on the 8th of December 2025 and will restart on the 26th of January 2026. Strength & Balance will finish on the 19th of December 2025 and will restart on the 16th of January 2026.
Golden Connections is our social programme for over 65s – and it’s the ideal place to make new friends and have some fun.
Our regular activities include movies, games, afternoon teas, speakers, sing-a-longs and lots of fun and laughter.
In addition, we provide foot clinics every 6 weeks on Monday mornings and fun strength & balance sessions on a Friday.

Strength & Balance Classes
Low impact, circuit class designed to improve your balance, strength and mobility whilst having fun! Cuppa & time to chat afterwards.
$2 donation to cover costs
