Throughout the year we will be running cooking sessions on a variety of topics. This would be a perfect course for anyone wanting to learn basic cooking skills, use fresh ingredients, keep costs down and make meals go further.
Our first session ‘Garden to Plate’ will involve harvesting kai from the Mairehau Neighbourhood Garden and then using it to make an enjoyable lunch.
