On Saturday 20th February, we supported Community Focus Trust in running the St Albans Community Day. It was a beautiful, sunny day that went off without a hitch. Crowds of people flocked to St Albans Park to join in with the fun and food that was on offer, and the selection of things to do was not lacking.

Sports & games equipment, the Lego Imagination Station team, bouncy castles, pony rides and an animal petting area made for plenty of fun activities to do, while throughout the day entertainment included musicians, Irish dancers, a barbershop quartet & Elgregoe the magician. If that wasn’t enough, then there were various market stalls with goodies for sale, food vendors and a sausage sizzle hosted by the Ray White team.

We want to say a huge thank you to every one of our staff members and volunteers that helped to run things as smoothly as they did, and of course to Community Focus Trust for putting the whole day together. We would also like to thank Tegel for providing the sausages for the sausage sizzle.

Lastly, thank you to everyone that came along! Community is an increasingly important aspect of life during these strange and unexpected times, and we are glad to be able to share fun and connect with the people around us.
